How do I qualify for a group rate?
Groups of 10 or more people qualify for discounted rates. Discounts vary based on group size and desired activities. Group rates require advanced notice and one payment for the whole group. Rates quoted for play are per person and valid only on the day of the group event.

Is a group required to be an organization, company, etc.?
Any group of 10 or more people can qualify for a group rate. Daycares, school groups, sports or academic teams, scouts, church youth groups, small work teams, large corporations, celebrations for important personal events, individuals, and any other group can qualify for a group rate.

What types of play are available to a group?
Groups can schedule any type of play for their group. Group rates are available for individual activities, for a set points card amount, or for 2-Hour, 3-Hour, or All Day Time Plays with or without Go-Karts.

Can I personalize my event?
Fort Fun prides itself on being able to adapt to any function. We are happy to have you join us whether you are a daycare class playing Mini-Golf, or a business celebrating the holidays with a few hours of play and an open bar. From simple gatherings to corporate holiday parties we can plan a unique event just for you. If you want something special that you don’t see on our website, contact us!! How do we schedule a group event?
Simply e-mail us or call us at 472-8000 during our business office hours. Deposits are due at time of booking unless other arrangements are made.

Am I able to rent out the facility?
Fort Fun is open year round. During our regular business hours we are not able to offer the facility for private use. Depending on your event, exclusive use is available before or after our regular business hours. In addition, in the months of November thru February we have exclusive use available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Please contact us for additional information.

Are we responsible for paying for group members who were expected, but did not attend the event?
The group is responsible for either the minimum required or the confirmed guest count, whichever is more.

Are the group packages only for play? Can food be added for our group?
Fort Fun does offer food package add-ons to your play starting at $4.00 per person.

How is payment made for the group?
One payment in the form of one pre-approved check, cash, or one credit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). Full balance is due the day of the event unless other arrangements are made at time of confirmation.
