You are welcome to come and play at Fort Fun with as few or as many friends and family members you would like. However, if you would like to take advantage of our birthday package pricing and service, advance reservations are required.

What number of guests qualifies for a birthday party package?
There is a minimum of 6 guests required to reserve a party. We are happy to accommodate your party of 6, or of any size group of friends and family over 6.

Is a deposit required to schedule a party?
There is a deposit of $50 due at the time of booking. Parties that cancel after the confirmation date and time, or become a no-show, do forfeit their deposit. If a party needs to be rescheduled due to illness, please contact our event coordinators at 970-472-8000.

What are the confirmation dates for birthday parties?
Confirmations and cancellations are due by:
- Wednesday Noon: For parties on the following Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
- Thursday Noon: For parties on the following Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

What’s included in the party packages?
All of our party packages include one hour of hosted table time (tables seat 10-12), table settings, 2 slices of one-topping pizza per guest, and birthday child’s choice of beverage and dessert. The party packages vary based on the amount of play.

What if we have more than 10 or 12 guests or have adults staying?
You can reserve a second table in our restaurant area for an additional $10, or you can upgrade to a Private Party Room overlooking Blue Heron Lake for an additional $15. A group of any size is welcome to choose a party room upgrade. The Party Room provides more space for your guests, additional seating for adults staying, a way to keep younger guests together, or a more private party experience.

Do you recommend eating first or playing first?
Normally, we schedule your Party Time first with your Play Time following. We do this so if you have guests running a little late they do not miss out on the play portion of the party. If, however, you would prefer to play first and then eat please let our event coordinator know at the time of your reservation.

Does the party host(ess) stay with my group for the entire time we are there?
The function of a Party Host(ess) is to serve and assist you to insure a great party experience on your child’s special day. The party packages include the Party Host(ess) for one hour. The Party Host(ess) will serve the pizza, drink, and dessert, provide you with your play selection and explanation, and close out your party. If you think you would like the Party Host(ess) to help you with your party during the play time, please discuss this with your event coordinator.

Fort Fun does not allow any outside food or drink.

Are we allowed to bring in special table settings, decorations, goody bags, et cetera?
Fort Fun would be happy to offer you goody bags, balloons, and other extras for an additional charge per guest. You are, however, welcome to bring in extras to help make your birthday party even more special. Please notify our event coordinators of your wishes.

Choices that need to be in any party package are made for the entire party. If, however, you have any special needs or concerns, please discuss these with your event coordinator.
